What information do we collect?

When you subscribe to our newsletter, get in touch through our web form or sign up for our waiting list, some or all of the following information may be retained for our records. These include your email address, first and last name, billing address, shipping address and phone number.

Arcus also uses Google Analytics tools which use Log Files which track IP addresses, browser type, referring/exit pages and date/time stamps, as well as web beacons, tags, and pixels to track how the Site is being used.

How we use your personal information

Arcus does not sell, rent or give any of your personal information to any unrelated third parties with the exception of Google Analytics. We use tools such as conversion tracking in order to understand how our customer use the Site to improve its effectiveness. Personal Information entered by signing up using our wait list system will be used to generate invoices and order confirmations. Additionally, we will use this information to contact you regarding your orders, and when in line with the preferences that you have shared with us, to contact you about information and advertising relating to our products and services. Arcus retains the right to use Personal Information to screen our orders for the potential of risk or fraud.

Newsletter email subscriptions will be used exclusively for email communications related to advertising and information about our products and services.

Opting out

By unsubscribing from the Arcus Watches Inc. newsletter, your email will be permanently removed from our records. To unsubscribe please send us an email to info@arcuswatch.com and we will contact you within 24 hours with instructions to unsubscribe. If you wish to opt-out of any of our social media pages, you must visit that website to unsubscribe or opt out.

European Union

Arcus Watches operations are located in Western Canada, therefore any information provided to us will be transferred outside of the European Union (EU). Minors
